TRAYS AND SHEETS
For several generations we have manufactured trays and sheets according to a traditional procedure for the most famous pastry and biscuit manufacturers. Our secular method of stamping gives our dies an exceptional resistance to the baking-cooling cycles. Our robust and meticulous construction is suitable both for large tunnel ovens and rotating ovens, and is particularly appreciated in industrial environments or for intensive professional use.
There are a large variety of shapes available: Hundreds of dies for small cakes or convex biscuits, dozens of references of long madelaine cakes and at least as many for shell-shaped madelaine cakes.
If you do not find the form that you want among our thousands of models, they will certainly inspire you for your new creation. Indeed, in addition to this large range, we create new shapes every month either exclusively for our customers or to enlarge our heritage even further.
