DELUXE CHOCOLATE MOULDS

To perpetuate the renown of its collection of several thousands of models, some of which are nearly two hundred years old, each year Létang Fils manufactures a limited series of a selection of moulds for the confectionary sector and deluxe chocolate industry, intended for the most demanding of professionals.

For the master chocolate makers and master confectioners of the five continents who are the guardians of tradition, we use the same care and the original procedure of the Létang company’s founder to stamp sheets of copper, tin-plated or nickel-plated steel, but also stainless steel in order to create as many precious objects that are transported from the past to join our millennium.
