PLATES AND STRIPS
For several generations, we have been manufacturing plates and strips for the greatest pastry chefs and biscuit makers using a traditional process. Our centuries-old stamping method gives our prints exceptional resistance to bake-cooling cycles. Our sturdy and meticulous construction, suitable for both large tunnel furnaces and rotary furnaces, is particularly appreciated in industrial environments or for intensive professional use.
The variety of shapes available is very wide: hundreds of prints for small ovens or curved biscuits, dozens of references for long madeleines and at least as many for madeleines shells.

Luxury CHOCOLATE MOULDS
LÉTANG FILS can reissue on request, in a limited edition, a selection of moulds for confectionery and luxury chocolate, intended for the most demanding professionals. For the master chocolate makers and confectioners of the five continents, guarantors of traditions, we stamp with the same care and according to the original process of the founder of the Létang company, copper, tin-plated steel or nickel-plated, but also stainless steel, in as many precious objects that are reborn from the past to join our millennium.
